That is exactly who the beginners' six weeks is for. It starts at how to hold a bar, everyone in the group is in the same position, and you move into the normal sessions afterwards.
No. It is month to month, there is no joining fee and no cancellation fee, and you give us thirty days when you want to stop.
Tell us on the call before your first session. Most things can be worked around, and we would much rather know than find out.
Then take the twice-a-week membership. Paying for unlimited and using two is how people end up resenting a gym.
